Speaking to a crowd of automotive industry professionals from throughout Europe, Demetrioff spoke to the importance of influencing consumers to engage with a brand prior to visiting the dealership. In the networking hall, DMT’s presence was bolstered by a showcase of RAPID! The two day event took place on November 10th and 11th at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Rome, Italy. Organized by the European Networking Group, the Automotive CRM & Marketing Excellence summit has been bringing together automotive industry leaders, including OEMs, dealers, and vendors, from across Europe for the past 15 years.
